QUICK GUIDE TO BOOKING OR PURCHASING A VESSEL

🛥️ To book a vessel or property

1. Check availability
Contact us to verify the availability of the vessel or property you wish to book and to receive the corresponding quote.

2. Make the deposit
Once availability is confirmed, to secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total value must be made using any of our authorized payment methods:

3. Send the receipt
Once the payment has been made, share the receipt via our official WhatsApp at (+57) 315 643 2339, along with the following details of the booking holder:

  • Full name
  • Identification number
  • Email address
  • City

We will also request the full names of the passengers to process your entry authorization to the dock or property, as applicable.

4. Balance payment
The remaining 50% is to be paid on the day of the service, before boarding or check-in.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive all the necessary information to enjoy your experience with peace of mind.

If you are looking to acquire a vessel, we can assist you throughout the entire process:

1. Explore available options
Browse our collection of vessels for sale and contact us to receive detailed information about the option you are interested in.

2. Visit and inspection
We can coordinate a visit and, if required, a technical inspection of the vessel.

3. Negotiation and documentation
We support you during the negotiation of purchase terms and the review of the corresponding documentation.

4. Contract and secure payment
Once the terms are agreed upon, the transaction is formalized through a bill of sale, and payment is made securely through our authorized payment methods.

5. Vessel delivery
Finally, we coordinate the official handover of the vessel and the corresponding documentation.
