Due to company policy, if minors attend and wish to snorkel, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult; otherwise, they will not be able to participate in the activity.
This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, people with spinal conditions and/or vertigo, children under 3 years old, and senior citizens.

⏰ *DEPARTURE AND RESCHEDULING CONDITIONS*

🌊 The tour departure time may vary between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., depending on weather conditions and the state of the sea. This information is determined on the same day by *DIMAR* and the Cartagena Port Captaincy.

⚠️ In the event of a cold front or adverse maritime conditions, and by decision of the authorities, the activity may be rescheduled within the next *48 hours, subject to availability.*

💰 If boat departure is not authorized and it is not possible to reschedule, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

📩 If a rescheduling is offered and no confirmation is received from the client, it will be considered a *No Show.*

🚫 *NO SHOW*
Failure to attend at the time of pickup and departure will be considered a No Show, therefore no refund or rescheduling will apply.
